Clear boundaries.
By design.
This public website is a place to learn about our work—not a place to submit client records or tenant documents.
Visiting this website
This website has no accounts, contact forms or advertising trackers. It does not set tracking cookies. Fonts and visual assets are served with the site rather than loaded from advertising or font services.
Like any website, our hosting infrastructure receives technical information needed to deliver a page, such as your IP address, requested URL and browser information. Operational or error logs may be used to investigate reliability or security issues. This is separate from advertising or visitor profiling.
Analytics
We use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics service that does not use cookies. It counts page visits, clicks on key links and video engagement so we can improve the site. We do not send names, email addresses, inquiry messages or client records to analytics. Technical request information is processed by the analytics provider to produce aggregate statistics.
Contacting us by email
Email links open your own email application. If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to send, including your email address and message. We use it to respond, discuss a project and manage the resulting working relationship. Email is handled by the relevant email providers.
Please do not include identity documents, financial records, tenant applications, passwords or other sensitive information in an initial inquiry. If a project needs such information, the transfer method and access arrangements should be agreed first.
Client systems and tenant information
Client tools are separate deployments, not part of this public website. For client-hosted systems, client records remain stored in the client’s server environment. The client controls its data, authorised users and retention requirements.
A workflow may send selected information to an agreed AI, email or other processing provider to perform its function. Keeping records on a client’s server does not mean that connected services never process data. Providers, data flows, access and safeguards must be agreed for each deployment.
For managed hosting, the hosting environment and responsibilities are agreed with the client before deployment. We do not publish client or applicant records as portfolio content.
AI assistance and human decisions
AI tools can extract, organise and summarise information. Outputs can be incomplete or incorrect and need appropriate review. Tenant Desk does not approve or reject applicants; decisions remain with the property manager.
Access, retention and deletion
Project access is limited to the work agreed with the client. Retention, backup and deletion arrangements for a deployed system are defined for that project; there is no single retention period that applies to every client system.
We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond, manage the relationship and meet applicable obligations. You can email us to ask about information you have shared or request correction or deletion, subject to any information we need to retain.
If your information is held in a client’s tool, contact that organisation first. It controls the records and can direct any technical assistance required from us.

Instagram links take you to Instagram. That service’s own privacy terms apply when you visit it. We do not embed its tracking scripts or feeds on this website.
